Regional Partnerships Program

The Regional Partnerships program has now closed for new and unapproved projects.

The Australian Government will continue to fund those Regional Partnerships projects that have an executed contract in place with the Government.

No new Regional Partnerships applications will be accepted by the Department and applications currently under assessment will not be considered for funding.

  The Regional and Rural Research and Development Grants (RRRDG) program funds research into issues affecting Australia's regions and helps communicate this research to national and regional decision makers.

• Rural Medical Infrastructure Fund

  The administration of the fund will now reside within the Australian Department of Health and Ageing portfolio.
